Autoliv busca un Ingeniero de Calidad de Producción en BRTA para fortalecer la calidad en la línea de producción, resolver problemas y mejorar la seguridad de los vehículos. El rol implica auditorías de procesos, validación de acciones correctivas y el uso de sistemas de calidad en un entorno de tiempo completo y presencial.

Ansvarsområden

Perform process and quality audits according to established schedules.
Evaluate the effectiveness and robustness of corrective and preventive action plans.
Validate implemented actions on the production floor to ensure sustainable results.
Support Jidoka initiatives from problem identification through solution implementation.
Interpret and apply technical standards, customer requirements, and Autoliv standards.
Monitor and support quality improvement activities focused on reducing internal issues and customer complaints.
Utilize quality and business systems, including L2L, JDE, PLM, GCWin, ManIT, Newton, and GoSeeFix databases.
Support laboratory and manufacturing quality activities as part of the Quality team.
Promote compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and 5S requirements.

Krav

Technical Degree in a related field; a Technologist or Engineering Degree is highly desirable.
Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Production, or related engineering environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Advanced English skills for reading, writing, and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
