Autoliv China Shanghai is looking for a Production Quality Advanced Engineer to manage problem-solving and continuous improvement within the AMC structure. Responsibilities include analyzing non-conformance parts, leading cross-functional teams using 8D/4D methods, and supporting customer issue analysis to drive internal process improvements.

Ansvarsområden

Organize and push problem-solving and continuous improvement within AMC structure as a member of the “Tri group”.
Handle and analyze non-conformance parts, coordinating disposition and hold of suspect products.
Lead cross-functional teams to adopt 8D and 4D methods for problem-solving.
Analyze internal W&S, DPMU, and generate continuous improvement actions (PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction).
Support analysis of customer 0KM/field issues and drive internal process improvements.
Organize activities like red rabbit and Q-alert to promote quality mindset among operators and inspectors.
Check if other ALV plants are affected and apply AS053 (Q Alert).
Update control plans and ensure quality planning documentation (PFMEA, SWI, visual aids) is up-to-date.
Actively participate in Zero Defect Workshops.
Promote Yokoten activities for effective implementation of lessons learned.
Support internal/external audits to improve and close open points.
Involve in APDS project (TG3 to TG4), working with Project Quality.
Involve in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production to enhance error proofing (AS106).
Verify results from quality activities at AS403 meet Autoliv and customer requirements (AS007), and ensure closure of quality issues before SOP.
Support timely and accurate review of customer PPAP and sign-off (AS007).
Provide necessary support to the SQ team for problem analysis, judgment, containment actions, and risk assessment to prevent quality spill.
Fulfill other assignments from the supervisor.

Krav

Experience with 8D and 4D problem-solving methodologies.
Understanding of PDCA, PFMEA, and PPAP processes.
Ability to analyze non-conformance parts and manage suspect products.
Experience in continuous improvement activities.
Familiarity with quality planning documentation (control plans, SWI, visual aids).
Experience supporting internal/external audits.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Familiarity with Autoliv specific standards (AS412, AS053, AS106, AS007) is a plus.
Knowledge of Yokoten and Zero Defect principles is beneficial.
