Sandvik Rock Processing Australia seeks a full-time Product Support Specialist in Jandakot to provide technical support for Crushing & Screening equipment across Oceania. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering or Trade qualification, minimum 3 years of experience with fixed plant mining equipment, and involves customer engagement, travel, and problem-solving.
Ansvarsområden
- Provide technical support, both remotely and on site, for escalated issues relating to Sandvik Crushing & Screening equipment.
- Provide expert technical support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of equipment.
- Deliver technical training to customers, internal stakeholders and other relevant teams.
- Act as the regional escalation point for complex technical issues across Oceania.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure customers receive a high level of service.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Krav
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineer or Trade certificate (Boiler maker or Fitter)
- Demonstrated practical experience (minimum 3 years) working on fixed Plant Mining Equipment
- Experience working on Crushing & Screening related Products
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic principles to be able to provide technical support for maintenance issues and operational issues
