Atlas Copco India is seeking a Product Specialist in Pune to provide after-sales technical support for Power Technique products, handle warranty claims, and conduct training for field service engineers and customers. The role requires 5-8 years of aftermarket/field service experience, preferably in the construction or mining industries, with knowledge of air compressors and engines. This is an on-site, full-time position with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide quality after-sales technical support to Regional Service teams & customers for all Power Technique products.
  • Offer on-site technical support for complex issues, inspections, and critical breakdown cases.
  • Coordinate with Product Companies, ENGINE team, and field service teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with product positioning, trials, and customer engagements.
  • Handle warranty claims for all Power Technique products.
  • Analyze failures, concerns, and trends, and share feedback with Product Companies.
  • Implement ECBs, SB & Technical Changes at field level.
  • Conduct technical training programs for field service engineers, dealers, operators, and maintenance teams.
  • Manage competency grading systems for Service Engineers.
  • Support parts planning and critical component availability.
  • Support regions in conducting Road shows and Service camps.

Krav

  • 5-8 Years’ experience in handling Aftermarket / Field service.
  • Good knowledge on Air compressors, Engines.
  • Excellent communicator with an open-minded attitude.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and experienced in meeting process centric and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent eye for details and quality.
  • Structured with a strong organizational sense.
