- Shape and lead digitalization initiatives within Finance IT.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams in a global context.

- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

- Monitor outcomes and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Krav
- Several years of experience in product ownership, IT leadership or digital transformation, preferably within Finance IT.
- Solid understanding of finance processes and supporting IT systems.
- Experience from a large organization.
- Good understanding of data, integration and AI, including their potential within finance.
- Experience of ERP solutions and related application landscapes.
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs, as well as leading initiatives involving multiple business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience of agile ways of working and change management.
- A relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Collaborative and communicative.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Leadership skills to build trust and engagement across teams.
