Ansvarsområden

Define annual business plans grounded on consumer centric value propositions.
Provide input and feedback for new product development during the Generation Plan Process.
Support on annual target setting.
Communicate plans and product launches to key stakeholders.
Monitor sales and engage with other commercial functions, suggesting actions to deliver business KPIs.
Participate in demand planning activities, ensuring optimal Promo supply execution.
Monitor market trends and competition.

Krav

Relevant experience in a similar role within consumer electronics or FMCG industry.
Commercial mindset and a strong track record business-oriented role.
Strong analytical skills, knowledge of Excel and presentation skills is of high importance.
Project Management approach.
Able to work in complex organizations with various stakeholders both at national and international level.
Self-driven and results oriented.
Strong communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders and implement strategies in the cluster.
Able to manage large quantities of data and make prompt decisions that are commercially viable.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Portuguese is a plus.
