Ansvarsområden
- Manage product portfolio for separation technology in the India Energy Division.
- Lead technical positioning and application development for separation solutions.
- Provide application expertise and technical consultation to sales teams.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead customer engagement, presentations, and training sessions.
- Develop and execute product strategies and growth plans.
- Spearhead market introduction of new separation solutions.
- Maintain reporting cadence and track sales through CRM systems.
Krav
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Industrial, or Electrical).
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in separation technology, process equipment, product management, application engineering, or technical sales in India.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing matrixed structures.
- Proven expertise in product management, application engineering, technical sales support, market analysis, and business development.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- MTech or business qualification is a distinct advantage.
- Strong operational focus with a proven ability to consistently convert pipeline opportunities into realized revenue.
- Deep understanding of separation technology, process equipment, and energy industry applications.
- Ability to move sales teams toward high-value, integrated engineering solutions.
- Resilience and analytical problem-solving skills necessary to engage and convert lost or challenging accounts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams.
