I korthet

As a Senior Compliance Associate in Amazon's Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC) team in Bengaluru, you will review product information against regulations and SOPs using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance. You will analyze data, collaborate with internal teams, mentor peers, and contribute to process improvements to maintain quality and productivity targets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review latest product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using various Amazon-specific tools and systems to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with managers and Process Experts to address deviations from standard SOPs.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to explore automation, such as using Excel queries.
  • Share feedback on the team's SOPs to contribute to the refinement of operational processes.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support peers by answering their queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple changes to retrieve data.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools, managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
