I korthet

As a Senior Compliance Associate in Amazon's GSRC organization, you will review product information against SOPs and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance. You will use Amazon-specific tools to classify products, address SOP deviations, maintain records, and identify opportunities for automation. The role also involves mentoring peers and contributing to SOP refinement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance with availability requirements.
  • Address deviations from standard SOPs with manager and Process Experts.
  • Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to automate tasks (e.g., using Excel queries).
  • Share feedback on team SOPs to refine operational processes.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple changes.
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools, managing customer data and tracking interactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze and communicate data.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar fields.
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, quality assurance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA).
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL).
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role.
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems.
