SKIDATA is seeking a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) to manage global procurement activities, develop strategies, and drive process improvements. The role requires a technical education with a commercial background, 5+ years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in German and English. Ansvarsområden

Manage global procurement activities, negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with production partners and key suppliers.
Develop and implement forward-looking procurement strategies, monitoring market trends and mitigating financial risks.
Serve as the global point of contact for procurement, aligning local purchasing with global strategies and corporate policies.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and harmonization of procurement processes, tools, and systems.

Krav

Completed technical education with a commercial background.
5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally including international or multi-site environments.
Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in contract management.
Good judgement and analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
Collaborative team player, comfortable working across international, cross-functional, and multi-site teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Basic knowledge of customs, import/export, RoHS and EU regulations is a plus.
