Ansvarsområden

Processing instructions, securities bookings, and cash payments related to Corporate Action events, applying 4-eyes control.
Processing payments accurately and timely, adhering to regulations and service levels.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
Supporting process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Assisting with continuous improvement, risk mitigation, controls, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the Corporate Actions SE area.

Krav

Fluent spoken and written English.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a structured manner, prioritize tasks, and perform well under time pressure.
Positive 'can do' attitude.
Improvement mindset.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous experience in financial operations.
Familiarity with Corporate Action concepts (mandatory/voluntary events, record date, payment day, instructions, reconciliation, market claims).
