Seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in manufacturing technologies, prototyping, and continuous improvement to join Atlas Copco's Airtec division in Wilrijk. This hybrid role involves managing the end-to-end process lifecycle, from technology scouting to optimization, using both conventional and additive manufacturing methods.

Ansvarsområden

  • Scout new technologies and benchmark machines
  • Install and commission new manufacturing equipment
  • Optimize manufacturing processes and ensure quality control
  • Support machine operators with technical challenges
  • Drive continuous process improvements
  • Manage machine selection, CAD/CAM integration, and data acquisition

Krav

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent through experience
  • Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes (conventional machining and/or Additive Manufacturing)
  • Profound knowledge of quality management principles
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software suites
  • Familiarity with data acquisition systems
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Hands-on, creative, and critical thinker
  • Independent worker and reliable team player
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a cost-conscious, innovative mindset

  • Knowledge of German is considered a plus
