Responsibilities
- Scout new technologies and benchmark machines
- Install and commission new manufacturing equipment
- Optimize manufacturing processes and ensure quality control
- Support machine operators with technical challenges
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Manage machine selection, CAD/CAM integration, and data acquisition
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent through experience
- Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes (conventional machining and/or Additive Manufacturing)
- Profound knowledge of quality management principles
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software suites
- Familiarity with data acquisition systems
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on, creative, and critical thinker
- Independent worker and reliable team player
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a cost-conscious, innovative mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of German is considered a plus
