Tetra Pak is looking for an experienced Process Engineer Laminating to join their team in Binh Duong, Vietnam. The role involves ensuring equipment efficiency, monitoring KPIs, and resolving process issues to maintain safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong WCM analysis skills and experience in process improvement techniques.

Ansvarsområden

Responsible for equipment efficiency or process/production line.
Monitor process key performance indicators (KPIs).
Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line.
Site management and responsibility for safety.
Engage in WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress, and participate in WCM pillar activities.

Krav

At least 4-5 years of experience in a production area.
Strong background in WCM analysis and tools.
Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM.
