Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering) to resolve manufacturing challenges.
  • Develop innovative manufacturing solutions and leverage new technologies.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Utilize SolidWorks CAD for product design, process development, tooling, and manufacturing support.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering within the automotive industry.
  • Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and implement efficient production solutions.
  • Expertise in process design and improvement.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD.
