- Develop innovative manufacturing solutions and leverage new technologies.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Utilize SolidWorks CAD for product design, process development, tooling, and manufacturing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering within the automotive industry.
- Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and implement efficient production solutions.
- Expertise in process design and improvement.
- Project management capabilities.
- Results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD.
