We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic fresher for the RCM Customer Service Executive - Voice/Semi Voice role in Sholinganallur, Tamil Nadu. This position involves working with healthcare providers on claims and payments, requiring strong communication and detail-oriented skills. The role operates in US Shifts and requires a commitment to achieving performance targets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact.
  • Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
  • Achieve critical performance targets.
  • Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
  • Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
  • Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
