Tetra Pak seeks a Printing Operator for a 12-hour overnight shift in Denton, Texas. This role involves operating printing presses, ensuring quality and safety standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives like WCM and AM.

Ansvarsområden

Perform Unwind, Ink, and Floater operations to produce quality products safely and efficiently.
Communicate with the lead to ensure smooth operations and meet quality and productivity needs.
Perform basic quality inspections and maintain logs and reports, reporting anomalies.
Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) teams and activities to eradicate process losses.
Comply with safety policies, food safety standards (BRC, GMP), and hygiene protocols.
Participate in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) teams and activities to improve machine reliability, quality, and efficiency.
Prevent waste generation by ensuring all procedures are followed.
Be proactive with a zero loss mindset to minimize waste through continuous improvement.

Krav

High School Diploma or GED Preferred
Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred
Basic machine maintenance skills
Quality inspection and machine systems handling
Intermediate computer skills
Dependability and reliability
Basic math skills
Basic reading comprehension
Ability to read, understand and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures and World Class Manufacturing processes.
