Ansvarsområden
- Engage directly with customers to understand and demonstrate solutions for signal integrity, power integrity, and advanced packaging challenges.
- Run multi-physics simulations using tools like HFSS, SIwave, Q3D, Ansys, or Clarity to validate performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for 3D IC and advanced packaging designs.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D to provide customer insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Travel to customer sites approximately 25% of the time for evaluations, training, and reviews.
- Build and deliver technical presentations, application notes, and proof-of-concept demos.
- Stay current on SI, PI, and thermal analysis trends in advanced packaging.
Krav
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D IC and advanced packaging design or analysis.
- Proficiency with at least one of HFSS, SIwave, Q3D, Ansys, or Clarity, including setup, running, and interpreting multi-physics simulations.
- Strong working knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers in evaluations, support, or training.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
