The Principal Business System Analyst supports PRM digital and edge applications through the entire lifecycle, from analysis to support. Responsibilities include defining requirements, assisting developers, performing testing, and managing production issues for applications related to item lifecycle, order holds, supply chain visibility, and supplier collaboration.

Ansvarsområden

Support the full lifecycle of PRM digital and edge applications, including business process analysis, requirements definition, development, testing, implementation, production support, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business users, developers, IT teams, and functional owners to deliver solutions for Oracle and supply chain execution.
Manage application portfolios including Item Lifecycle, Hold Management, PRM Nexus, and PRM Supplier Connect.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Review functional designs, data mappings, and prototypes.
Analyze source data, validate application logic, and investigate defects using SQL.
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and perform system and end-to-end testing.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage defects.
Prepare implementation plans and support deployment.
Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
Triage production incidents, assess business impact, and coordinate root-cause analysis.
Maintain application documentation and support procedures.
Manage assigned initiatives through scope, milestones, risks, and issues.
Coordinate with business teams, site IT, enterprise IT, and external partners.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS supply chain processes and a good understanding of the order-to-build lifecycle.
Practical SQL skills, including joins, filters, aggregations, data validation, reconciliation, and defect investigation.
Experience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, release support, and production maintenance.
Ability to prepare structured requirements, process maps, test cases, defect records, user documentation, training materials, and project status reports.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work across business and technical teams in different sites and time zones.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Oracle ASCP, purchasing, order management, inventory, work in process, bills of material, or supplier collaboration processes.
Experience supporting custom or edge applications that integrate with Oracle or other enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with SQL Server, REST APIs, data integration, ETL, application logs, and role-based access control.
Working knowledge of C# and .NET, Blazor or Razor Pages, React or TypeScript, Python, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, source control, release management, and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with value-stream mapping, process improvement, application support metrics, and root-cause analysis.
