We are seeking a Press Operator to join our Manufacturing & Engineering team in Springfield, TN. This full-time, permanent role involves operating and maintaining press machinery to shape materials and requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of manufacturing experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ansvarsområden

Operate and maintain a hydraulic or mechanical press to shape, form, or cut metal and other materials according to specifications.
Pass Lock out/Tag out procedures.
Perform basic troubleshooting and decision-making.
Set up and operate press machine according to production specifications and work orders.
Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
Receive and understand verbal and written information.
Complete all necessary documentation and communicate accurately and timely.
Understand written instructions and communicate them to others.

Krav

1 year of manufacturing production experience.
Active Driver’s License.
Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
Able to read and write English.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
