We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to build, test, and maintain low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This hybrid role requires over 2 years of experience and offers a competitive salary, flexible hours, and extensive benefits.

Ansvarsområden

  • Designs, develops, and implements solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Customizes and extends SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and site structures).
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintains and improves existing applications and workflows.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues across the M365 environment.
  • Provides end-user support, training, and documentation for developed solutions.
  • Ensures best practices in governance, security, and performance are followed.
  • Participates in code reviews and contributes to continuous improvement.
  • Spends 70% of time on troubleshooting and support of current applications, and 30% on new development.

Krav

  • 2+ years of experience in development within the M365 solutions stack as a Power Platform Developer.
  • Deep expertise in the M365 environment with a focus on low-code services (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI builder…).
  • Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
  • Experience with lifecycle management, external sharing policies, and license optimization.
  • Fluent or advanced level of English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in other low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of .NET or SPFx framework is an advantage.
  • Experience in automation using PowerShell, Python or other languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong willingness to support and collaborate with end users.
  • Focus on incident resolution in a timely manner and with high quality.
  • Ability to translate technical requests into tangible business value and user adoption.
  • Proven ability to lead the resolution of high-impact platform outages or security incidents.
  • Ability to provide clear, non-technical status updates to the user audience.
  • Ability to communicate KPIs to higher management level.
