Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Portable Flow Sales Trainee in Jakarta, Indonesia. This full-time, hybrid role offers international training in Italy, Australia, and the US, followed by an Inside Sales position, and culminates in a Sales Engineer role. Candidates require a Bachelor's degree in engineering, excellent English and Indonesian, and a passion for sales and business development.
Ansvarsområden
- Learn and develop skills to perform as a Sales Engineer.
- Promote and sell the full product portfolio within an assigned territory.
- Develop strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
- Explore the full potential of the market through sales strategies.
- Participate in international, multi-functional experiences in Production, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Business Development.
- Undertake a 3-month immersion in Italy, Australia, and the US.
- Work as Inside Sales for 3 months in the Customer Center of your region.
- Transition to a Sales Engineer role after graduation.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical or hydraulic engineering.
- Good technical knowledge in engineering principles.
- Recently graduated (maximum 3 years).
- Excellent command of English and Indonesia Bahasa (verbally, writing and reading).
- Interest in Sales and Marketing (no experience required, only passion).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for business development.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Curious mindset and self-learning pace.
- Awareness of cultural differences and international business environments.
- Availability to travel and be abroad for 3 consecutive months.
