Ansvarsområden
- Manage Mobile Key Interface Setup
- Perform Testing for New Installs & Retrofits
- Conduct Vostio Setup and Testing (Pre-install)
- Provide General Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Undertake Special Projects and Assignments as requested by PM Team/Management
- Participate in Planning Calls with Sales, PMs, and Customers
- Manage the Scheduling of Customer Support Calls
- Provide Job/Product Training for new PMO Team Members

Önskade kvalifikationer
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and Teamwork is preferred
