Ansvarsområden

Perform purchasing activities autonomously to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor delivery performance, and mitigate supply risks.
Cross-functional communication for customer special requests, production changes, or material status.
Create and follow up on purchase orders and supplier confirmations, adhering to the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process.
Analyze material requirements, inventory levels, and supply constraints.
Support inventory optimization and safety stock reviews.
Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Krav

3-5 years’ operational experience in the area of expertise.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Fast learner with a positive attitude.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
