Emerson is looking for a People Experience Partner in Novi, MI to lead HR initiatives for its technical and business functions. This hybrid role involves managing employee relations, performance, ethics, and HR service delivery, requiring a Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide advice and direction to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace issues, collaborating with Legal when vital.
  • Support teams through the performance management process, including feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.
  • Lead investigations and resolutions of ethics complaints with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Lead onboarding and exit processes, conducting check-ins and exit interviews.
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify and address trends impacting the workforce.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while communicating and training on HR policies.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant Human Resources-related experience commensurate with the level of this position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources-related experience
  • Human Resources experience in an operations or manufacturing environment
  • Extensive employee relations experience
