I korthet

We are opening a new IKEA store in Chandigarh and seeking a P&C Operations Coordinator to manage local HR operations, including learning activities, employee communication, onboarding, and payroll administration. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of administrative operations and IKEA values.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure and execute delivery of learning activities at unit level.
  • Ensure local employer communication activities are consistent and well-perceived.
  • Deploy services such as uniforms, contracts, timekeeping and parts of payroll administration.
  • Manage local on- and off-boarding activities, including equipment, accesses and welcome day.
  • Execute operational P&C activities at unit level, collaborating with other LOS Specialists.
  • Support the development of local business competence and performance.
  • Secure engagement and retention by understanding co-worker conditions and identifying needed improvements.
  • Manage and coordinate local P&C service delivery for risk, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Localize global principles and guidelines for implementation in the people planning process.
  • Ensure the availability of accurate and updated market level information.
  • Coordinate with other LOS Specialists for consistent operational delivery across units.
  • Provide input on P&C policies, processes, and programs.
  • Deliver service awards and other forms of recognition.
  • Work closely with the country recruitment team for people delivery.
  • Coach and advise managers and buddies throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate final terms of exit, exit chat, payout and other information.
  • Rescind offer/contract for no-shows and job changes.

Krav

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
