Ansvarsområden

Partner with the Parts Manager to achieve departmental sales and profitability targets.
Support the day-to-day leadership, coaching and development of the Parts team.
Drive proactive parts sales and customer engagement activities.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve customer retention.
Monitor inventory performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a leadership resource for the team and provide support in the Parts Manager's absence.

Krav

Proven experience in automotive parts sales.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to confidently uncover customer needs, handle objections and close opportunities.
Experience leading, coaching or mentoring others.
Commercially minded and motivated by achieving sales and profit targets.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
Energy, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.
Full working rights in New Zealand or Australia.
