Sandvik is looking for a Training Manager in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to establish a centralized training function for Parts & Service. This role will focus on rapid workforce capability development, skills gap identification, and ensuring technical competence aligns with business growth and Sandvik standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Promote and enforce a Zero Harm culture across all training environments.
  • Ensure all training complies with Sandvik EHS policies and ISO standards.
  • Develop and implement a centralized training strategy aligned with Parts & Service business objectives.
  • Standardize training frameworks, methodologies, and competency models.
  • Lead structured organization-wide skills gap assessments.
  • Build and maintain a competency matrix per role, equipment type, and service line.
  • Oversee the design and rollout of technical training programs (basic → advanced levels).
  • Ensure structured onboarding training pathways for new hires.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of training professionals.
  • Build a strong learning culture across the organization.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and technical training.
  • Strong experience with underground mobile mining equipment and OEM maintenance systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Trade qualifications with extensive underground mobile maintenance experience considered.
  • Training / assessor certification (advantageous).
