Microsoft is seeking a Partner Solution Architect in GCPS, focused on Data & AI, to lead technical strategy and execution with priority partners across ASEAN. You will help partners build profitable, repeatable Microsoft Cloud and AI services, drive innovation, and enable strategic sales for measurable business impact.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities, focusing on robustness, scalability, and security.
Run technical innovation workshops, tech briefings, and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams.
Activate transformational deals by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical blockers, and enhancing solution design.
Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds, ensuring adherence to Microsoft's Cloud and AI best practices.
Build long-term engagements with strategic partners, influencing their adoption of Microsoft technologies and fostering executive alignment.
Coach broader partner technical teams on pre-sales, deployment, and consumption within solution development.
Guide partners to build capability across Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databases, Analytics, AI, Copilot and Agentic AI.
Guide partners to create repeatable offers for data estate modernization, analytics, databases, AI and Copilot.
Accelerate adoption of Microsoft Data & AI platforms, including Fabric, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Drive ecosystem growth and customer impact by enabling partners to build differentiated solutions and develop technical depth.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 3+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development.
OR equivalent experience.
Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement, particularly in large-scale or global engagements.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build-to-consume engagements with partners.
Technical certification in Microsoft Azure, Security, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI, Data, or related cloud technologies.
Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, distributors, service providers, or managed service providers across ASEAN or multi-country markets.
Strong understanding of partner economics, including how partners build profitable services, scale delivery capacity, activate specializations, and convert technical capability into repeatable offers and revenue.
