Microsoft is seeking a Partner Solution Architect in ASEAN to lead technical strategy and execution with priority partners. Focus on building profitable, scalable Microsoft Cloud and AI services, driving partner-led growth and customer outcomes. This hybrid role requires deep technical expertise in Data & AI solutions and strong partner enablement skills.

Ansvarsområden

Lead technical strategy and execution with priority partners across ASEAN.
Build profitable, repeatable Microsoft Cloud and AI services that scale through the channel.
Translate business priorities into technical roadmaps, validated offers, and partner-led customer outcomes.
Run technical innovation workshops, tech briefings, and envisioning sessions.
Provide architectural guidance, resolve technical blockers, and enhance solution design for transformational deals.
Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds.
Build long-term engagements with strategic partners, influencing their adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Coach broader partner technical teams on pre-sales, deployment, and consumption.
Guide partners to build capability across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, Power Platform and AI Workforce solutions.
Guide partners to create repeatable offers for Copilot, Copilot Studio, employee productivity, business process automation and agentic AI.
Accelerate adoption of Microsoft AI Workforce platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Agents.
Drive ecosystem growth and customer impact by enabling partners to build differentiated AI Workforce solutions.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 3+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development.
OR equivalent experience.
Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement, particularly in large-scale or global engagements.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build-to-consume engagements with partners.
Technical certification in Microsoft Azure, Security, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI, Data, or related cloud technologies.
Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, distributors, service providers, or managed service providers across ASEAN or multi-country markets.
Strong understanding of partner economics, including how partners build profitable services, scale delivery capacity, activate specializations, and convert technical capability into repeatable offers and revenue.
