This role involves hands-on support for server hardware, virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware), and network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and client interaction. Ansvarsområden

Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server on VMware and Hyper-V.
Install and configure new server-grade hardware in the data center.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
Monitor data center hardware and infrastructure.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and engineers.
Coordinate with vendors for service calls and issue resolution.
Maintain hardware inventory and track assets.
Prepare job reports and technical documentation.
Undertake domestic and international travel for support activities.

Krav

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT infrastructure support.
Experience coordinating with vendors for technical support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Network Support Engineer or similar.
Practical knowledge of computer hardware, routers, firewalls, and networking systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
