This role is for an Outside Sales Engineer in Portugal, responsible for promoting and selling automation products and solutions, driving customer satisfaction, and managing partner networks across Iberia. The position requires an engineering degree, at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the industrial market, and proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Ansvarsområden

Actively promote and sell products and solutions.
Drive customer satisfaction by understanding and executing solutions to their needs.
Participate in customer development activities like trade shows and conferences.
Maintain and develop high-level knowledge of products and technologies.
Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization.
Develop and manage the network of partners and distributors for Factory Automation across Iberia.
Lead engagement with Key Accounts at Iberia level for Factory Automation.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and reporting in the CRM system.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing.

Krav

Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
At least 5 years of technical sales experience in the industrial market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Portuguese and English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
Availability for local and international travel.

Spanish speaking skills.
