Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Stockholm to lead security initiatives for industrial environments and production processes. This senior-level, full-time role involves identifying security gaps, developing strategies, and advising clients on security solutions within Sweden's growing OT Cybersecurity practice.

Ansvarsområden

Identify and evaluate security gaps in industrial environments.
Develop and implement security strategies for control systems and production processes.
Advise customers on the optimal use of security solutions.
Grow Accenture's Industrial and OT Cybersecurity practice in Sweden.
Cover subject areas such as integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, and vulnerability and patch management.
Shape and expand the Industrial and OT Cybersecurity offering in Sweden.
Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Support sales activities and contribute to the development of OT cybersecurity capabilities and talent.
Bring industry insights and innovative solutions to help organizations address evolving cybersecurity challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor in client meetings and workshops, supporting clients on their cybersecurity transformation journeys.
Lead initiatives and coach colleagues in a matrix organization.

Krav

Degree or equivalent plus at least seven years of experience in process and automation technology and/or cybersecurity.
Ideally combined with a background in industrial engineering and operational technology.
Broad expertise in domains relevant to Industrial and OT cybersecurity, including integrated governance and risk management, cloud and IIoT security, threat detection and response, network security, vulnerability and patch management.
Familiarity with industry frameworks, standards, and regulations.
Strong business acumen with a blend of commercial, sales, and technical skills.
Consultative mindset and a proven track record of building trusted customer relationships.
Experience in leading initiatives, developing capabilities, attracting cybersecurity talent, and coaching colleagues in a matrix organization.
Cross-functional and innovative team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Willingness to travel as required.
