Autoliv is seeking a part-time Order to Cash Accounting Intern to join their team in Querétaro. This role offers the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process in the automotive industry, including order management, billing, and collections.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order management, billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • Study internal process maps and compliance guidelines specific to automotive supply chains.
  • Observe daily operations related to billing and invoicing, including different billing types and tax implications.
  • Support invoice generation and delivery.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Draft customer communications for payment reminders.
  • Learn to log and escalate collection issues.

Krav

  • Must be an active student in the final years of Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Schedule availability.
  • Strong work ethics, well-organized, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to follow standard filing procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
