Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order management, billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Study internal process maps and compliance guidelines specific to automotive supply chains.
- Observe daily operations related to billing and invoicing, including different billing types and tax implications.
- Support invoice generation and delivery.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Draft customer communications for payment reminders.
- Learn to log and escalate collection issues.
Requirements
- Must be an active student in the final years of Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Advanced English skills.
- Schedule availability.
- Strong work ethics, well-organized, and a self-starter.
- Ability to follow standard filing procedures.
- Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
