Curries, an ASSA ABLOY company, seeks an Order Processing Specialist for their Mesquite, Texas facility. This on-site role involves accurately processing customer orders, assisting with technical inquiries, and driving process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the production system.
  • Interpret product specifications and research drawings.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and problems.
  • Communicate discrepancies, order conflicts, and shipping delays to customers.
  • Follow up to ensure prompt and thorough resolution of customer issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Promote a safe and harmonious working environment.
  • Adhere to the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct and Health & Safety Policy.

Krav

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with Math, Basic Geometry and Algebra skills.
  • Excellent computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, Internet, email, etc.).
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous exposure to reading schematics, blueprints, renderings or architectural drawings is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience/exposure to working within the Door, Building Materials and/or Hollow Metal industries are highly desirable.
