ABB is seeking an Order Handling Specialist in Singapore to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for spare parts orders across Southeast Asia. This hybrid role requires proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP SD/MM, and strong customer service skills to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction. Ansvarsområden

  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for spare parts orders.
  • Receive, review, and process customer spare parts purchase orders accurately in ERP system (SAP SD/MM).
  • Prepare and arrange timely and accurate delivery of spare parts inquiries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment issues.
  • Support invoicing process by ensuring accurate billing and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage returns, complaints, amendments, and credit/debit notes related to spare parts orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date order data, customer records, and reporting in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular O2C performance reports and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Krav

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in order-to-cash (O2C) management, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (SD/MM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore without current or future employer sponsorship requirements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Understanding of incoterms, export/import documentation and familiarity with Letter of Credit (LC) process and documentation is highly regarded.
