Emerson seeks an Oracle Project Manager in Shanghai to manage ERP implementation, drive process improvements, and support factory business systems. The role requires a degree in Management/Technology, 5+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Oracle, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to identify and improve business processes and systems in the Qingpu plant.
  • Align process improvement priorities, develop implementation programs, and track their performance.
  • Manage Oracle ERP implementation, including gap analysis and interface management for efficiency.
  • Support SAP IT teams with required functionalities.
  • Standardize and streamline processes and systems within the Qingpu plant.
  • Provide leadership and support to the factory business system team.
  • Oversee automation and new system development, acting as a liaison between internal requestors and external vendors.
  • Serve as a bridge between business users and IT/System developers.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and report unsafe conditions or suggest improvements.

Krav

  • Degree in Management/Technology with at least 5 years of relevant business process improvement experience in an industrial sales and manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently with strong project management skills in planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Proficiency in IT budget planning and control.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Willingness to explore and learn, with a hands-on approach to automation and development.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to travel.
