Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional leaders to identify and improve business processes and systems in the Qingpu plant.
- Align process improvement priorities, develop implementation programs, and track their performance.
- Manage Oracle ERP implementation, including gap analysis and interface management for efficiency.
- Support SAP IT teams with required functionalities.
- Standardize and streamline processes and systems within the Qingpu plant.
- Provide leadership and support to the factory business system team.
- Oversee automation and new system development, acting as a liaison between internal requestors and external vendors.
- Serve as a bridge between business users and IT/System developers.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and report unsafe conditions or suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Management/Technology with at least 5 years of relevant business process improvement experience in an industrial sales and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently with strong project management skills in planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Proficiency in IT budget planning and control.
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Willingness to explore and learn, with a hands-on approach to automation and development.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to travel.
