Operator II - Chassis Insulator is responsible for installing and positioning insulation on chassis units, wrapping wire, inspecting components for quality standards, and operating production tools on a moving assembly line in a hot manufacturing environment. This full-time, on-site position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Ansvarsområden

  • Place insulation on units and wrap wire when applicable.
  • Check for proper positioning of insulation.
  • Inspect parts to ensure high-quality product.
  • Use of air gun and other tools or fixtures when appropriate.
  • Function as a team member upholding team values, quality requirements, and safety and housekeeping requirements.
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
  • Inspect parts on a moving process line.
  • Work in hot areas.

Krav

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Safely operate basic hand tools, air guns, and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Inspect products for quality defects and maintain quality standards while working on a moving production line.
  • Accurately place and position insulation materials according to specifications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Able to work directly with insulation.
  • Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
  • Able to stand up to seven (7) hours at a time.
