Arla Foods Stourton seeks an Operations Team Leader to drive operational plans and set team objectives within the Creamery production department. This role involves ensuring a safe and high-quality working environment, leading production teams using Lean tools, and developing KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and sustainability.

Ansvarsområden

Deliver operational plans and set day-to-day team objectives.
Ensure a healthy, inclusive, and safe working environment.
Maintain quality and food safety within the area of responsibility.
Lead and manage Production teams using LEAN tools, APS, SPC, OEE to improve performance.
Be accountable for Continuous Improvements within the department.
Develop and manage KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity & sustainability.

Krav

Experienced Team Leader within a food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean tools and techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to plan and organise workloads.
Cost awareness and understanding of performance requirements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with APS, SPC, OEE
