The Operations Team Lead oversees daily inbound and outbound operations, managing a team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Key responsibilities include supervising receiving, processing, and dispatch, training team members, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound operations.
  • Supervise inbound activities such as receiving, inventory verification, and storage.
  • Oversee outbound operations including order processing, packing, and shipping.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
  • Manage team performance, assign tasks, and ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.
  • Monitor KPIs, inventory, and workflows to maintain service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Drive team development and continuous improvement through training, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
