Amazon seeks an Operations Specialist in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to enhance the e-commerce experience by resolving seller fulfillment and delivery issues. This role involves deep data analysis, root cause investigation, and cross-team collaboration to improve seller satisfaction and operational performance.

Ansvarsområden

Monitor operational performance and partner with teams to resolve issues.
Drive resolution of seller-impacting operational tickets and escalations.
Conduct deep dives into seller friction and program attrition, identify root causes, and recommend fixes.
Review and investigate seller issues from multiple sources, routing findings to the appropriate teams.
Analyze cost and savings opportunities across marketplaces and fulfillment methods.
Build and run recurring operational reports and produce weekly business-review inputs.
Gather and analyze seller feedback to develop suggestions for experience improvements.
Work on Saturdays and Sundays, with two other days off during the week.

Krav

1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Excel

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
