Ansvarsområden
- Oversee daily operations of the repair workshop and administrative team, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the service center, including cost control and achieving KPI targets.
- Monitor project order costs in real time and initiate corrective actions.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Business Line Manager.
- Review and approve Component Disposition Reports (CDRs) to validate repair scope and procedures.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and resolve non-conformances.
- Lead, develop, and manage the workshop and parts team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Krav
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar manufacturing or service environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a turbomachinery or industrial environment.
- Proven experience managing business performance, including P&L ownership and operational KPIs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
