Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the repair workshop and administrative team, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for the service center, including cost control and achieving KPI targets.
  • Monitor project order costs in real time and initiate corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Business Line Manager.
  • Review and approve Component Disposition Reports (CDRs) to validate repair scope and procedures.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and resolve non-conformances.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the workshop and parts team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar manufacturing or service environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a turbomachinery or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience managing business performance, including P&L ownership and operational KPIs.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
