Ansvarsområden
- Install, configure, integrate, upgrade, and migrate ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM solutions.
- Validate prerequisites, software versions, connectivity, configurations, and infrastructure readiness.
- Prepare and execute integration and acceptance tests, maintaining clear test evidence and implementation documentation.
- Troubleshoot interoperability and deployment issues, resolve them or escalate them promptly, and support customer handover.
- Coordinate delivery activities with customer, architecture, cloud/infrastructure, security, and project teams.
- Follow agreed scope, quality, security, privacy, health and safety, and change-control processes.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in telecom network management, OSS, or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience delivering telecom solution integration or deployment.
- Practical experience with Ericsson Network Management products, including ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM.
- Working knowledge of Linux and IP networking, with experience in integration testing and structured troubleshooting.
- Cloud competence, with a practical understanding of cloud-native or virtualized environments, containers, and orchestration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience across all four products (ENM, ENIQ, cENM, EVNFM).
- Experience with cloud-native or virtualized environments, containers, orchestration, scripting, or automation is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
- Flexibility to travel or support planned customer deployments, when required.
