We are seeking a Network Engineer to provide technical guidance on mobile network technologies such as 4G, VoLTE, and 5G, translating customer needs into solutions. The role involves supporting service proposals, building customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Ansvarsområden

Lead technical discussions with customers and explain solutions clearly.
Gather, clarify, and document customer requirements.
Support the development of service proposals and customer-facing materials.
Create and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
Share knowledge and contribute to learning activities.
Identify additional solutions or services for customers.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical recommendations.

Krav

+5 years of experience with Ericsson radio access network (RAN) solutions, 4G, VoLTE, and 5G technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in communications engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
Up-to-date knowledge of mobile network technologies, including LTE, VoLTE, and 5G.
Practical experience with, or troubleshooting knowledge of, Ericsson RAN nodes is an advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with people from different cultures and professional backgrounds.
Customer-focused, inclusive, and continuous-learning mindset.
