I korthet

As an NEA HR Specialist in Shanghai, you will drive talent management, modernize recruitment, and nurture the company culture, reporting to the Regional General Manager. This role involves implementing performance management, compensation strategies, and ensuring compliance with Chinese labor laws.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive talent management and identify talent needs in collaboration with management.
  • Modernize talent acquisition, identification, and development processes.
  • Implement recruiting strategies, including sourcing, selection, offering, and integration.
  • Nurture and amplify the culture of Ren-talents reward, diversity & inclusion, and engagement.
  • Create a context for lifelong learning and promote continuous learning.
  • Safeguard, accelerate, and refine the culture of people-centric leadership and 'new best ways'.
  • Implement performance management and Compensation & Benefit strategy.
  • Ensure managers and employees complete annual appraisals and development plans.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure effective communication of company strategy, policy, procedures, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with local HR in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China.
  • Contribute to the Specialty Rental HR Community with new thinking and processes.

Krav

  • Minimum 5 years of HR working experience in an MNC.
  • At least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • University degree, major in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management preferred.
  • High level of integrity, open-minded, self-motivated, proactive.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulations and Labor Law.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good PC knowledge and MS Office skills.
