Amazon is seeking an ML Data Associate to contribute to the development of Artificial General Intelligence and large language models. This role involves data labeling across various modalities, ensuring data quality, and maintaining confidentiality. Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
  • Work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • Deliver high-quality labeled data using in-house tools and guidelines to meet KPIs.
  • Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
  • Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Analyze root causes of errors and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools.
  • Provide floor support for internal queries during execution.
  • Perform foundational labeling functions such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

Krav

  • An Associate's Degree or related work experience.
  • Strong business writing skills for creating reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
  • Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
  • Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.
  • C1 English language proficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
  • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research.

  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
